This tea is from the same large leaf ancient tea trees that are used to produce the famous Pu'erh. It's semi oxidised but is still classed as a white tea as it's produced by withering and drying the tea leaves. The taste is mellow , soft, sweet and floral.
Use water heated to around 100 °C , steep for at least 15 seconds.
