This is an organically certified dark tea from Yunnan in the south west of China. It's produced by "wet piling" high quality leaves which are then allowed to ferment for 45 days under controlled conditions producing a mellow tea which is said to have anti bacterial and anti inflammatory properties as well as a host of other health benefits which can boost the immune system, lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, enhance digestion and reduce anxiety.
